Once you book a consultation, we will schedule an on-site visit at your home with a painting consultant. He will have a short discussion with you about what needs to be done and take all the necessary measurements. He will also walk around and assess your home for the preparation and repair work needed before painting. You will then receive a detailed proposal with all the costs and your timeline explained for preparation work and painting.

We have a diverse range of painting teams that specialise in different aspects of painting. This means that we can schedule your project within a week of your initial consultation.

You will have a dedicated project manager assigned to your project who will be on site each day to oversee your project. The project manager is your sole point of contact throughout the process ensuring that all channels of communication are clear so you can have a stress-free experience. He will also act as the quality assurance manager, making sure that the team is efficient, performs to our high standards delivering quality results within the deadline.

Once everything is ready, we will apply the undercoat and subsequently the painting will begin. The standard painting project will take up to 4 days with bigger exterior projects taking up to two weeks. The reason we can complete painting projects in a short amount of time is because we have many teams with every team dedicating all their time on one project at a time.

Once we have completed the project, you will have a final inspection with our project manager by following our 325-point checklist. Only when you are satisfied, will we consider the project completed. We will then clean all the areas of any paint splatter and debris from the plastering before we leave your home. Only once this is done will we sign off the project.
